This 17-page report, published by Beijing Number 35 High School, describes the design and construction of an underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV). This report was created by the Zhicheng ROV Team, a student group that participated in the 2021 MATE ROV competitions Ranger class. MATE ROV is a global underwater robotics competition for STEM students. The competition includes Explorer, Ranger, Navigator, and Scout classes.

In the report, an abstract and company profile introduce the project and team. The design rationale is then presented, which includes information on the propelling system, scrapping tool, buoyancy system, stress relieving, and nets. A systems interconnection diagram is also presented. The report then highlights safety decisions, testing, troubleshooting, and areas for future improvement.
