A series of geospatial workshops were delivered by expert instructors at the BCC Geospatial Center of the CUNY CREST Institute's state of the art Geospatial Computing Center. These workshops exposed and trained participants from underserved communities and resource poor institutions in concepts and applications of geospatial technology. The participants began as novices with no knowledge of geospatial technology but have now fundamental and practical knowledge of geospatial technology. At the end of the workshops participants delivered presentations of various topics learned throughout the workshop.
