Introduction to Biotechnology 2 TX Dual Credit Course

In this biotechnology course, published by InnovATEBIO, "students will investigate the mechanisms involved in the transfer from DNA sequences to proteins to biochemical functions." The course "integrates biological and chemical concepts with laboratory techniques that are used in research and industry; protein and enzyme assays, column chromatography, FPLC [fast protein liquid chromatography], spectrophotometry, PAGE [polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis] and Western Blotting."
