Anca L. Sala, Ph.D., is the owner of the consulting company Optiel LLC. She started the company to provide consulting services in her areas of expertise, STEM higher education, and optics and photonics. As a higher education consultant she is dedicated to using her skills and expertise to help colleges advance their STEM program offerings. She is drawing on her rich experience as an engineering professor, college administrator, principal investigator in NSF projects, evaluator, and research and development engineer to provide support with:
