Drs. Lauren McClain and Angelika Gulbis, co-owners of Grantibly, hold Ph.D.s in Sociology and are quantitative and qualitative research methodologists with a culturally responsive and equitable focus. Our mission is to empower our clients to create significant, sustainable impacts in the sectors of workforce development and education, particularly for historically underserved communities. We leverage extensive experience in higher education and research to provide tailored support though a collaborative relationship and high level of customer service. At Grantibly, we are committed to applying rigorous evaluation and culturally responsive strategies to ensure that our clients not only achieve their goals but also contribute to a more just and inclusive society.
