Teresita Almendras

I am currently the Grants Officer of American Samoa Community College. Previously, I was the Grants Manager at the Development Bank of American Samoa after serving the American Samoa Department of Education as the Grants Management Lead, Program Director, School Administrator, and Classroom Teacher. For academic achievement, I am writing my dissertation to earn my doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.
