This 25-page report, published by Jesuit High School, describes the design and construction of the underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) created by the Jesuit Robotics team for the Explorer Class of the 2022 MATE ROV competition. MATE ROV is a global competition that challenges STEM students to build underwater ROVs to complete challenges. The competition is split into the following classes based on build complexity: Explorer, Ranger, Pioneer, Navigator, and Scout.

The report begins with an abstract that introduces Jesuit Robotics and their ROV. Following the abstract is an analysis of the construction of the team's ROV, discussing the design rationale, mechanical systems (frame, buoyancy, etc.), electrical systems (tether, submersible connectors, etc.), software systems (software infrastructure, etc.), and tools (gripper, float, etc.). The report also covers safety, team work, and conclusions. The following appendices are included: Operations and Safety Checklist, Software Flowchart, and Electronics SID (systems integration diagram).
