Nikki Stoicoiu

The New Growth Group is a veteran-owned Cleveland-based workforce consulting group that mobilizes communities and businesses to solve workforce challenges. The organization has provided evaluations, labor market analytics, strategic planning, grant writing, grant compliance, and general technical assistance to over 100 workforce agencies, colleges, philanthropies, and not-for-profit organizations in 26 states and Washington, D.C.

Nikki has been a member of New Growth since 2015. In her role as Director of Evaluation & Analytics, she focuses on program evaluations and performance reporting for federally funded projects including NSF ATE grants, as well as grants from the US Department of Labor, US Department of Education, Economic Development Administration, among others. She has evaluated a diverse range of projects, spanning from large-scale, multi-stakeholder grant consortiums to single institution initiatives.
