Episode 28: Reinventing the IT Workforce

Oddo notes that every three to five years new skill-sets are required in the IT workforce. Oddo details strategies for educators and employers to keep pace with changes and engage prospective workers in "advanced manufacturing, IT, cybersecurity, and other related industries."
