Applied Cryptography Module
This webpage, from National Cybersecurity Training and Education (NCYTE) Center, is one of seven learning modules from the Cybersecurity-Infused Computer Science Modules series. This module "focuses on practical aspects of private key and public key cryptography," and the Primary Learning Objectives include:
- Identify existing cybersecurity concerns, including risks, threats, and vulnerabilities.
- Discuss potential options and the associated tradeoffs that address these issues with the Internet and the systems built on it.
The module is divided into the following four units: Symmetric Key Cryptography, Public Key Cryptography, Hash Functions, and Digital Signatures and PKI.
