ATE Centers for Micro & Nano Technology

This 16-page paper, provided by Maricopa County Community College District, includes information about the National Science Foundation (NSF) Advanced Technological Education (ATE) program and NSF ATE Centers for Micro and Nano Technology. "The ATE program funds large, comprehensive Centers of Excellence, as well as smaller-scale, more focused projects."
