A Vision for the U.S. Credentialing Marketplace

This slide deck was presented on December 12, 2017 as part of a National Academy of Sciences conference on Fostering Worker Mobility and Apprenticeships for a Skilled Technical Workforce. This short presentation on the U.S. Credentialing Marketplace was presented as part of a panel on Advancing the Mobility of the Skilled Technical Workforce. This presentation discusses Credential Engine, "a non-profit dedicated to promoting transparency and credential literacy in the marketplace to allow the value of credentials to be revealed and inform the public."
