Light Polarization

This 2-page lesson plan is designed to demonstrate to K-12 students "how the polarization of light by transparent and optically active materials can be used to create colorful art." The lesson plan includes a short description, a list of objectives, a list of required materials, background information, and a step-by-step procedure guide. This demonstration can be "used as a STEM outreach hands-on activity as well as a science project at any K-12 level."
