SHINE Nanotechnology Standard Operating Procedures

This collection is provided by Seattle's Hub for Industry-driven Nanotechnology Education (SHINE) and includes ten nanotechnology related standard operating procedures (SOPs). SOPs are provided for the following operations: scanning electron microscope, sputter coater, profilometer, atomic force microscope, and laser scanning confocal microscope. Each SOP may contain information on the instrument, important steps, key points, reasons for key points, program startup, important warnings, and more. 

For orientation purposes SHINE_SOPs_01_SEM_Startup_Shutdown_SOP_20170709.pdf is included as a separate attachment and offers a sample of the type of materials included in this collection.
