Program Description:

Minnesota State Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence has developed a set of 26 Career Success Skills learning modules. These modules are designed to provide educators and industry professionals with resources to help individuals develop professional skills and become better-qualified employees in manufacturing. Content was developed in part by business and industry professionals and includes the following topics, and more: Verbal Communications , Effective Listening & Following Directions, Responsibility & Accountability , Problem Solving, Initiative & Self-Direction, Critical Thinking , Continuous Learning, and Workplace Safety is Paramount.
