2010 Environmental Scan, Information and Communications Technologies [ICT] Phase 2 2010 ICT Industry and Employment Outlook

This study, from the Mid-Pacific Information and Communication Technologies Center (MPICT) and the California Community Colleges Center of Excellence Initiative, asked "What is the size, growth potential, and strategic importance of ICT in the California economy?” and used both primary and secondary research to attempt to answer this question. The study found that the ICT industry is both larger and more important to California's economy that previously realized, and that it is of increasing strategic importance across all types of organizations.
