Technology Recruitment Tips

This 1-page document from the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC) is intended to assist IT educators and program administrators with recruitment. The sheet includes a number of tips that would help recruiters looking for new ideas on how to increase enrollment. The following main two tips are provided and then further ideas are included after each tip:

• Pick target audiences and customize activities to fit their interests.
• At all events: present speakers who identify with this group, provide information about technology field, careers, and education path.
