LAB INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make sure you are wearing safety glasses.
2. Make sure that the orange shutoff valve is shutoff before you start hooking up any components.
3. Make sure that 2 of the 3 ports on the silver manifold are plugged.
4. Take a hose from the silver manifold, and run it to the in-line pressure gauge. Make sure that you have installed the hose reducers in the in-line pressure gauge.
5. Take a hose from the other side of the in-line pressure gauge and run it to the “P Port” of the Position 4-Way Manually Operated Control Valve.
6. Take a plug, and plug the "A" port of the 2-Position 4-Way Manually Operated Control Valve.
7. Take a hose and run it from the "B" port of the 2-Position 4-way Manually Operated Control Valve.
8. Take that hose and run it to the open port on the Air Motor.
9. Double-check to make sure that the handle on the 2-Position 4-Way Manually Operated Control Valve is pushed all the way to the right.
10. Once the trainer is set up, video the following:
    1. Turn on the orange shutoff valve.
    2. Set the "FR" Unit to 60 PSI
    3. shift the 2-position 4-Way Manually Operated Control Valve to the right and record the rpms on the motor shaft. Shift the valve to the left.
    4. Set the "FR" Unit to 40 PSI and repeat step 3.
    5. Set the "FR" Unit to 80 PSI and repeat step 3.
