The following video will explain how to do Trainer Lab #3. Reference the following video to complete the lab.

LAB INSTRUCTIONS
- Make sure you are wearing safety glasses.
- Make sure that the orange shutoff valve is shutoff before you start hooking up any components.
- Make sure that 2 of the 3 ports on the silver manifold are plugged.
- Take a hose from the silver manifold, and run it to the in-line pressure gauge. Make sure that you have installed the hose reducers in the in-line pressure gauge.
- Take a hose from the other side of the in-line pressure gauge and run it to the “P Port” of the Position 4-Way Manually Operated Control Valve.
- Take a plug, and plug the "A" port of the 2-Position 4-Way Manually Operated Control Valve.
- Take a hose and run it from the "B" port of the 2-Position 4-way Manually Operated Control Valve.
- Take that hose and run it to the open port on the Air Motor.
- Double-check to make sure that the handle on the 2-Position 4-Way Manually Operated Control Valve is pushed all the way to the right.
- Once the trainer is set up, video the following:
- Turn on the orange shutoff valve.
- Set the "FR" Unit to 60 PSI
- shift the 2-position 4-Way Manually Operated Control Valve to the right and record the rpms on the motor shaft. Shift the valve to the left.
- Set the "FR" Unit to 40 PSI and repeat step 3.
- Set the "FR" Unit to 80 PSI and repeat step 3.
